We can supply 3 kinds of prodution devices to meet for various density from customers. 1. High tower spray production device It can produce finished product whose density is 0.25-0.35 2. Assembling form production device Mainly used for producing concentrated detergent powder and finished, detergent powder whose density is 0.45-0.80.3. High tower-assembling device Combining the above 2 techniques' advantages, the device can produce low density and concentrated detergent powder at the same time. The above devices can adopt manual operation and full automation control due to the customer' s demands. Production capability: From 3, 000 ton/y to 200, 000 ton/y. Technical level: From simple manual dosing to full automatic computer controlled plant. Desigh range: Form renovation of exit plant to supply of total new complete plant. Environment impact: Zero effluent water dicharge, no fines vented after wet scrubbing.
